    I got an appraiser supposed to come look at it sometime this week. Probably in the $300k ballpark.

    3 bedroom/2 bath on 2 acres with a large shop building/garage in commercial zone. It was once a cabinet shop then my dad's oilfield repair shop

    That's the plan. It's not going to happen anytime soon. I'm just setting the wheels in motion. I still have to look after my mom in the assisted living facility. If I sell the house I'll just get a camper and park it in the trailer park to live in.
