I tried but they hit my light bar.

Changed the fluid in my rear diff, and quickly fabbed another support for the spare tire mount since I stupidly threw away the old strap I used when I experimented with the Bestop.

a review for them (albeit a Ford)

    Poor Fit, Save Your Money
Ordered a custom fit windshield shade for my new 2016 Ford F-150. It was anything but custom with 4" at the top and 2" on the sides exposed. I complained and they wanted me to fill our a form and take various measurement also include photos. I thought I was buying the best and paid a premium. I do...

    another review...

i bought 2. one for my XSE and one for Tundra. the xse one fits good. the one for my 2019 platinum tundra doesnt cover all the window. there is a few inches on both sides that it doest cover. for the price you would think they were made better.

the one I have had for 2 decades I always have to hand feed down into the dash crevices by the window, takes forever so I usually find a shady spot to park the btch with limited sun exposure but sometimes just cannot find the shade lol

Pulled the motor and rebuilt the supercharger. Also shipped the supercharger rotors off for a ceramic re-coat and the injectors off for service. Just waiting on a few things to arrive and then the new motor can go in.

You pulled the motor in the same time as it took me to rebuild one rear axle.

Fun part of my last rubicon trip helped a guy on the trail fixing his rear third member, we took three hours fixing this guys toyota (mainly talking, laughing and just hanging out)lol ,, Rear axle was just regeared and the guy that put it together did not tighten up the bolts that hold the rack and pinion every single one of them were loose was all bad but fixed it and ran into to a guy with a welder to close the hole on diff,, and kept wheeling with three bolts missing out of the rack and pinion fun times haha

I rebuilt it myself. It was super easy and I’ve never done any press work. I bought a harbor freight press for the job. I sent the rotors to jon bond performance for a ceramic coating.

JB Performance was very professional over the phone and have a 3 day turn around time. Only $120 for the coating and I didn't have to strip the stock coating off like some rebuilders make you do or charge you more to do so. So far I would recommend them, but I haven't actually had anything serviced by them yet. I'll post in my build thread about the coating once I get them back.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Well, my weekend plans were cut a bit short this passed weekend. We got a really late start Friday night... and then our Trans temps started to spike and truck over heated on the way up to our campsite... at about 10PM. By the time we made it to our campsite, got set up, and got to bed, it was passed 2AM. We were much closer to camp than home, it was late, and I didn't feel like making the drive home at that point.

Was the first trip, fully loaded, since the 4wd swap (and also going from 265 to 285 tires). Pretty sure I have the right ideas on how to solve the problems... and that's what I'll be doing this weekend.
