Esp when these days, most bikes climb well enough and can descend the burly stuff.

Saw a Nomad with a dual crown fork on it this weekend. Halfway tempted to do this myself. Talk about a big hit package.

Looking for some type of side mounting solution to work with the softopper. I've seen a few, but none readily available. Can anyone point me in the right direction

Trust me, half of us in here are looking for a similar side mount. Softopper doesn't make them anymore, KB Voodoo doesn't either. I had a guy local to me ask if I wanted to test out a set. If he makes them, I can see if I can scoop a pair for you.

Appreciate it brotha! Definitely interested. I was able to secure a bike for my wife, nothing special, a “specialized something” I think she got the bug because now she’s always wanting me to haul it for her. Still in the hunt for something affordable to suit me fine while I get a feel for it.

I got to take a Pivot Firebird 29 out for a test ride. I can definitely see one of these being added to the collection soon2C9E7713-E71B-419C-8BB1-D9FE6C3597AC.jpg

Anyone actually running a mullet bike here? (otherwise known as a "97.5er" = 27.5 rear, 29er front)

I've considered converting my Mojo3 to that setup, but the engineers at Ibis itself told me that it's probably a terrible idea with the Mojo's geometry.

Seems that alternating vertical style is the best way to save space. only having about 8 feet, it is gonna get tight.

The wife shuttle , departs every whenever-she-feels-like-it.
    I’ll dm you my digits.

I’m partial to the feedback sports velo hinge. Allows for vertical storage that swings, meaning more bikes in smaller spaces.

    Some stuff
I was always led to believe, that with hydraulic discs, vertically was not the best idea.
That being said, I would love to be able to hang them up off the floor.

I just hang my road bike from hooks in the floor joists in the basement.
