Saw this truck the other day driving back from the airport. Stopped by today and took some pictures of it. It is a pretty sick little ride but the price they are asking is a lot.

THey mounted the rear bypasses wrong. THey will get ruined if you were to run it like that.

the way they are mounted, the forward and backward movement of the shock as the rear suspension cycles will destroy the shock eye

They need to be able to pivot forward and backwards. the way rear LT works is when it drops out everything swing forward and at full bump everything goes back then up.

in the way the shocks are mounted? the axle goes forward and back slightly in the travel. the way the shock is mounted it wont work right because it wont allow any front/rear travel in the suspension

I never would have known this. The trucks interior was not in the best looking shape either. It looks like a lot of custom work went into this build but that is asking a lot for something where they get something this important wrong.

Yeah it has been raining a lot this past summer. We had four days of sunshine earlier last week but that has been about it. It looks like rain for the next two weeks or so too.

There is a bit of play in that joint. I dont think it would get runined, as the movement isnt that much at that location, you're only talking a few degrees, but I agree...It should have been done the other way.

Mine swing about 3" forward at full droop and 3" back and full compression. if they did the rear correct they would need to swing at lease that. and that Spherical joint in the eye cannot take that kind of movement all the time. either the eye will fail or it will bend/break those shock mounts.

2.5x18. Which comes out to 46.43" Extended and 28.50" Compressed
