    I had it detailed in March, and haven't washed it since then. It still looks nice and shiny but it's got a good layer of grime on it that's just not showing up in the pictures.

    I took a different approach from when we mounted yours. I installed the bars in roughly where I thought they needed to go, then laid the tent in and tweaked it all to final fit. Brenda was able to help me with the tent, it was surprisingly easy.

    I struggled with mine interfering with the Softopper as well. I might go back and tweak it some more, but I have my forward bar as far forward as I can and get contact about the same as you do. I am going to see if I have room to move it back another 2-3" which isn't going to help that part any, but because the topper hangs on the top corners of the tent when I try to open it.
