    I'm already thinking how I'm going to get more air into my engine once those cams show up. Of course it's going to cost me more money. I blame you for all of this. I'm certain I was happy before I knew that "more" was possible. "Oh, after this one more thing I'll be done..."

    Edit: But now that I've looked at it, I'm sure it would go well with that new 9" and 4:56 gears.

    For any of you guys running the 2.5 pulley. What size belt are you running? My 69.5 inch Dayco seems way too tight. I'd like to find a 70" belt to run.

    69.5 all you can do is use ur muscles. I also used it for my 2.7

    I just don't like the position it leaves the tensioner. It rests too far in its travel and closer to the fan clutch than I'd like.

    You can cut back the limiter on the tensioner a little. I have a 69.5
    Initially I thought it was too tight as well.

    A flux retro-capacitance encabulator
    @australian hilux

    I made this pulley "noose mod" using timing belt idlers from an auto wrecker. Not too difficult to do although I made a backing plate out of some flat bar so I could screw the idler bolts in. And I had to grind off the top of a bolt so it would fit under the lower idler... well let's just say, you'd need enough tools to be creative with it.
