It's a 15 year old truck that no one really sees the floor on including myself...I'll take quality over aesthetics in that case

Notice the caution tape on the floor? I imagine theyre not even letting people near these without knowing for sure theyre buyers. Actually, they are probably pre ordered, just waiting for their owners to pick them up.

Found this pasted on an old locker from before the Tundra was a thing. Toyota was still calling it the T150, most likely calling back to their T100.

Lol. Yeah not looking good but ya never know. I said the same thing this past sunday. Ordered inner tie rods with free same day shipping. Order didn't ship till 4pm but they did arrive at 8pm. I've had orders ship at 5pm & still got delivered same day.

Every time they come through I say out loud "I love Amazon"! But when the fuck up I say "FUCK Amazon"! Lol Luckily they haven't messed up any of my shipments since they stopped using Ontrac. I fucking hate Ontrac! Worst carrier ever!

I suppose I should give them a chance...it says on my account that it will arrive by 9pm tonight but it still says "processing order" and no shipping confirmation. Maybe the warehouse it's at is nearby and they're just gonna ship it out tonight

Yeah mine said shipped to local carrier facility at 3:56pm, arrived at local facility at 6:09pm, out for delivery at 7:09pm, delivered 7:56pm. So you still have a good chance. Crazy how they can do all that in one day.

Edit: I take it back when I said not looking good. I didn't see the updates in between for my order.

Ill be surprised if this stuff works out for you. Dont those greasable bolts only grease the inside of the bushing? Im pretty sure the clunking is caused by the bushing as a whole rotating inside the leaf spring main eye. No way to grease the outside of the bushing without pulling it. But its worth a shot I guess. :notsure:

I'm holding out hope only cause spraying them down makes them quiet for a bit but you're likely correct. In any case I should be using the correct grease anyhow

Depends on the type of bushing & how they are designed. Some bushings are designed not to rotate as in the whole bushing not rotating, just the inner sleeve. If the entire bushing is designed to rotate the OD of the bushings will usually have grooves for grease & the zerk will flow grease to the OD of the bushing. IIRC both my UCAs & leaf bushing are designed to have the sleeve rotate, not the entire bushing. The zerks flow grease in between the 2 bushings to the ID of the bushings. Most poly bushings I've installed are usually designed for the only the inner sleeve to rotate. Some even say not to grease the OD when installing them.

Most important is to loosen the bolts when greasing. If you don't grease wonxt flow in & can deform the bushings.

@Blue92 The grease pumped in does go outside the bushings too since the bushings are 2 piece. When I put the lithium stuff in it seeps out over the bushings on top. Can get messy I'd I put in too much

Ok gotcha. Those greasable bolts would be worthless with ES bushings then. Those things rotate when theyre not supposed to, ending up with clunks.

Fuck me, I think I need to replace my steering rack. When I replaced the inner & outer tie rods yesterday there was a pretty good amount of oil in both inner tie rod boots. My inner & outter tie rods were shot, they were loose as hell.
