I had second thoughts during the lead time after I ordered it but I am really happy with how it came out. I'll add some amber fogs in the open areas of the wings eventually. The approach angle is awesome when it comes to getting a tire up on an obstacle now.

I'm on rehab #4 and this one has been rough. I've got to work around some limitations. Looking to incorporate some cable machine into my free weight routine when I things get a bit too much given my case.

Can't say much on public forums due to work ever trying to improperly manipulate details against me in the future haha. I know it's vague

Yes, I had an older one. Bought it at an estate sale. Resistance was far from linear, bows would bend inconsistently. It also took up a lot of room. Sold it for what I paid for it.

You could get the same or better results with a few free weights and some bands.

Check out crossover symmetry bands too. Good for rehab, stretching, and building strength. We use them a lot in fitness cult for accessory work and rehabilitation of injury

Yeah. This is just for when I need to operate at 60% for a few weeks. I've fairly fluent in the gym rat life. Bounced from 210 to a lean 185 back to a lean 220 through out the years. Mostly from dealing with issues. I've become fairly competent with adjusting to work around them. But this last trip up has been.. Sucky.

    And that's compared to;

    • Torn ligaments right foot
    • Broken radial head right arm
    • Fractured both wrists
    • Torn trap sub scapula
    • Acl, miniscis
    • Concussions
    • Trigger fingers
    • Fully dislocated right hip
    • Broken back, T-12 L-1
And there's some others that linger.

Basically I'm at a point with freeweights that if this injury perks up, I'm dropping heavy weights instantly and risking another injury.

Is what it is. I've accepted it and I'm lucky to have relatively good health still. Very appreciative of it. Just trying to maximize what I can do to maintain it.

Definitely check out crossover symmetry. There's also cheaper knockoffs.

X2 on the different types of resistance bands. They are a cheaper alternative to a cable system and you can do more with them. I don't have ones with handles, but still do different exercises/stretches as if there were handles on them.
