Looks pretty sweet. I'll have to look into the knock offs because those are already more expensive than the bowflex I could get.

Legs aren't an issue as I still hold more of an athletic based routine instead of strength.

Those straps look like they'd take care of a lot of the upper body routine I do. One of the biggest limitations I have is I can't do chest motions with a barbell anymore. So I'd have to find the equivalent with one of these methods to replace it with. Just for reference I float around a 95lb dumbell press.

Any input on the anchoring for the crossover symmetry bands?

We anchor them to the rigs at the gym. But I'm pretty sure you can get accessories to anchor them to a door knob, maybe the top of the door frame. Or if you've got a lolly column in the garage that would be perfect.

Do you have any suggestions for the knock offs?

It's a 25 horse electric start, side console steering. Manual tilt and trim. New water pump and lower unit oil as of a few weeks ago. Prop works fine but has seen better days for sure. Output shaft is still good. Boat motor and trailer are all 1995 IIRC. Interstate group 27 deep cell with a 50lb thrust minn kota power drive trolling motor. Floor is pretty much solid but carpet is pretty hammered. Motor has a hydrofin and with my 265lbs of bulk it will get about 28mph. Add another person and it goes to about 22. All the lights on boat and trailer work. Bilge pump works. Livewell pump does not work and has been disabled since they are illegal in both NH and ME.

Cool. I'll let him know. His name is also Jeff (he spells his correctly), coincidentally.
