    Gonna throw this up on here because.... My wife is selling her garage condo in Woodbridge. It's not quite on the market yet, but soon (2wks or so) will be. It's in Woodbridge located directly across from the Wegman's. Gated and guarded community with a large community center (gym, indoor and outdoor pool, party room, etc). Condo is three bedroom, 2.5 bath. End unit with new hardwood and carpet (being installed next week). A/C replaced a year or two ago, somewhat new appliances. Condo fees cover trash and water. Seconds from I-95, minutes from Potomac Mills and NVCC. Probably will be listed in the $290k range. If you or anyone you know is looking pass it on. I'll post a link to the MLS once it's active. It will be move-in ready.

    Yes sir I did. I installed capped stainless rivnuts as well as silicone caulk. Won't leak even if I take it off. Has been there for 2+ years and never had an issue.
