I do. There is a video or two of said road. The fun comes with a little bit of velocity. Could easily be a closed circuit. Been wanting to get @Speedo on it since he went long travel.

I think that was the one you took me one when you and @Motofox were scouting some long distance open areas last summer.

That's where you need to define difficult. One mans difficult is another mans "NO WAY AM I DOING THAT!". Cali's got plenty of very hard trails. You just need to find the right group of guys that wheel as hard as you want to wheel.

How are you liking those Solo LCA's?

Just beware that the switchbacks are washed out with a high probability of rollover and death unless you have a highly modified rig. Also take this to PM. The place is getting enough traffic without inviting all of TW up there. Include me in it and I'll give you all the beta you want. lol

Hard enough to make my lady friend pucker. Don’t mind getting a little up close and personal with some rocks and all

So far so good with them. Haven’t actually gotten to do any real wheeling with them yet. 35s coming sooner rather than later so interested in seeing how they stuff and whether or not I’ll need to start notching the bumper. Only complaint thus far is I wish there was an easy way to grease the bushings since they’re poly

Like what @2BeersPlease said, mostly rough dirt roads. Some sections rougher and steeper than a majority of the trail but nothin that would make you want to turn around. We’ll be staying just Saturday night. Plan to leave the east bay early Saturday morning.
Not sure. Would love to bring mine though.

I went up about 7 years ago. My destination lake was dry. Those switch backs probably got hammered good this year with the amount of snow they saw. I want another crack at that lake. I can imagine just how bitchin it would be when it actually has water in it. Also, watch for the side by side traffic. Those fuckers rip around the trail with reckless abandon.
