I was seeing if anyone else have had the same issue I have run into after installing the OME heavy rear leafs lift on my gen 3 Tacoma I could no longer get the bracket line brackets to match up with the hole when it’s in the air. I was wonder how you guys have solved it? Did you bend the bracket or is it not needed and can be cut off?

    Thanks a lot

You need the relocation bracket I believe. If you try to put it back in its original location/configuration it is prone to break and cause havoc with the rear brakes.
Edit... this is what can happen

Mine went on like stock. You sure you installed the leaf packs in the right direction? There's a forward side and a rear side to the pack

They are installed right. The bracket does match up when it’s on the ground

Either need a relocation or the droop is too much for the linesman full droop without tires on. Just install it with it on the ground.

I just cut mine off now and the brake cable seems to be in no danger of getting harmed.
