Last night I made steak and baked potato. Very good and had leftovers.

Used them up this morning for breakfast. Added cabbage and spring onions for a breakfast hash. Fried egg and homemade Mexican red sauce.

Caldo de pollo. Hotter than a hooker in church outside, but wife’s belly been acting up so she wanted some comfort food if ya will.

One of my childhood favs. Garlic Chives with scrambled eggs. I use less eggs, more chives in my version.

I shot the crane during a hunting season in Lubbock tx.

Most people eat the breast only. It looks and taste just like a steak. Best seared and served rare. Over cooked it taste very livery.

In the mortar is my spice blend I bashed together.

It was... I wish I would have waited to put the buffalo sauce on after the turkey was pulled apart. It had a good flavor but the stock/broth kind of diluted the buffalo flavor I was going for. But I got plenty of leftovers so I can make more sauce and dump over the meat now I guess

Yeah, my wife likes stuff like that mixed in. I like meats pulled and sauces on top. Just personal preference really
