    Agree! I kinda wish we had the deposit system on stuff. Helping and talking with my family in NY. They pay 5¢ more on cans and I think 10¢ on a few things. But if you return it you get that money back. All my uncles and aunts that are 50 plus and remember a time before they did that say they saw a lot more shit thrown out or in the ditch. People want the 5¢ or what ever back so they don’t let it blow out of trucks as much or just throw it out the window. I was talking with one of my uncles and he said he sees less litter all around. He was saying he thinks some people are in a habit of taking the stuff home or work and throwing it out.
