    Bring it. :infantry:

Shooting at the campsite is probably ill-advised, but open space to safely shoot is just a few minutes drive.

Looks like lots of fun right there. I'll need to remember I only have 1 vehicle again and I need to make it to work the following Monday...

I won't be able to make it this weekend with prior engagements on Saturday morning and I still need to get banking stuff situated and plan on getting that done Saturday too. I'll wouldn't mind riding along next time though, even dirt roads call for good times and delicious camp food.

Definitely not at campsite  Good to know there’s a spot near by though. Where would this open space be?

Headed to Butte Lake out in Lassen this weekend for the first time. Any one ever camped out there? Any suggestions where to explore?

I've camped up there and found targets on nearby trees. Probably more common during deer season; they gotta have something to shoot at I guess.

It's a "secret spot" about 15 minutes from camp. Could for sure find somewhere a bit closer if it's just pistols or you're not shooting very far. Could probably find a spot along the "fun road." That's right near camp.

Typically see well-built crawlers on Fordyce. Most of the trucks on here aren't equipped to run the entire trail.

Yep. Plus the rivers flowing at 400cfm right now. Even a well built rig is going to have major issues at crossings. To give you an idea they lower it to 75cfm for the Sierra Trek.

I was thinking about that. Seems like all the rivers are flowing pretty good right now.
