Hey all. Having difficulties with he fitment of my new-to-me leer. I think I am missing the bulb seal or something?
Ive tried the back glass with both a relentless reinforcement and the factory tailgate trim, see pic - the window seems to sit below the top of the tailgate

It came off a taco and matches the bed very well. It looks very low and I just realized the bulb may be missing.

It was cold and I was in a hurry when I picked this up, so I didnt really check it well. Will do and will report back.

20190716_190029.jpg Welp, I found a very flat bulb seal. Guess that's my answer.

Was told this cap is about 5yrs old, is this nornal for a bulb seal?

    Thanks gents!

Well, to close the loop on this - I installed the new bulb seal this week and re-installed the cap. MUCH BETTER! It now clears the tailgate cap and even my Relentless reinforcement plate.

Also noticed that the old (factory?) seal wasn't really lined up all that well.

Got a new pic to post so we can compare it to the old pic side by side. Curious to see what the difference is after.
