I'm not familiar with Lemon Law instance but I can tell you a little about arbitration.

It's easier, faster, private and less expensive than full-blown litigation and in 99.9% of all cases...the decision is final.

Because there's no right to appeal (only in extremely rare cases where the law was incorrectly applied, etc.), arbitration is not preferred by people who are uncomfortable with the outcome being "set in stone".

Did you ever notice that the purchase contract for your truck (that you signed) very likely has a mandatory arbitration clause?...the Dealer doesn't want litigation.

Toyota is no longer willing to work with you to fix the issue? And please use the quote function so we know who you are replying to.

Dang, well, find a good lawyer is really your best advice. Lemon Law layers don't cost you anything, at least not here in California. But the process will take a good while.

Replaced the windshield, didn't work, resealed replacement winshield, didn't work. Gave me another 2019 OR it leaked. Had Toyota test it....verified leaked. Told me it was the carwash I use and couldn't be fixed as it is the way the gen3s are designed. I took a 4runner and Tundra loaners through the wash...no leaks.

How can it NOT be fixed? Boats have holes in them and they can be fixed. Just find out where it's coming in from and close the god damn hole. Doesn't make sense

Concur....there stance is the wash I use is forcing too much water into the channel making it leak into the ac filter, then it floods the passenger floorboard.
