    I think he means the hpt cannot flash you to the trd expanded table tune from na tables.

    Bingo. You have to reflash to the TRD tune before you can mess with the tables.

    Ahh, yeah that is sort of an issue, but even if you want a base TRD tune you have no choice but to go to the dealer unfortunately. There is like no other way around that.

    At least we can actually tune our trucks now. I'm thankful for that.

    I wish I had my laptop with me. Use "air load" as your map sensor reading. I have that as well as a map sensor reading (via AEM 30-4900 5v analog output) they're charting together in scanner on the same graph. They follow each other pretty much exactly. I'll post some screen grabs when I get home.

    Honestly yes I have thought about it and definitely considered it. I just haven’t looked into finding one yet as I’ve been busy with work and also building an extension on my own house so I’m working on the car in what spare time I can find. But yes, definitely considering it as it sounds like it’s something that will help me out from what you guys are saying

    Question: is it worth my install extractor header and a better exhaust? I have a set of extractors for this car so was thinking I may as well put them to use. Along with high flow cats and larger exhaust

    Yep, it's worth your trouble. Especially with the supercharger.

    Magnuson SC, 2.5 pulley, hptuner, FPR mod, AFE Intake, URD longtube headers, JFR Y-pipe, 255 Deatschwerks, 76mm TB, Banks 3" exhaust, cam gears
    You can easily get the TRD Cal with a 2 day TIS subscription but you have to have the right cable like the official Mongoose.

    I tried flashing the TRD tune with an eBay knockoff cable but no Bueno. I could read the ecu and disable the seat belt chime, but not flash the tune.

    For those that have the roush tensioner and the 70mm pulley- did you use a grade 8 bolt?
    Would 10.9 be ok? Is this going to allow more slack on the belt with a slightly different pulley? I was hoping to snug up my belt wrap a little more.

    10.9 is the metric equivalent of grade 8. No idea what thread pitch you guys are working with on that one.

    Its a 50mm pulley and the ideal bolt you want to use is a M8x1.25 thread pitch x 40mm length grade 5 is fine. It doesn't have to be grade 8.

    You probably can but will still need the mongoose cable. And have the calibration update wizard on ur computer. Or I can flash the ecu for you lol.
