    PSA kits are GTG, I have several, and helped folks build a bunch more. Stay on the instanetz long enough, and you'll run in to a boutique AR snob, and they'll tell you PSA is cheap shit for poe-folk. I have some fairly expensive ARs, that I've built with pricey name brand components, and they usually just stay pretty in the back of the safe. My PSA builds see most of the action, what started out as me not caring so much if they got worn/scratched, then turned in to my fully trusting them since they got all the farm/range time.

    Maybe you already know this, but be careful. If you're wanting to put this pistol upper on a lower that has a stock, or came off a rifle, that's a big no no. You can turn a pistol in to a rifle, but not a rifle in to a pistol. If it's just a stripped lower, your FFL should have marked "other" at which point you're GTG.
