    Not what I asked.

Have YOU not tried other car washes?

Before you go down that route. File a complaint with the Federal agency that regulates safety for cars.

I believe it is the NTSB.

You would need to make the case that you or others are at risk in the event of failure.

I had BMW tell me that my issue was not repairable, or warrantable until their legal counsel received notice from NTSB to preserve all notes and materials for review.

Think they broke their neck trying to fix the issue after that.

Short answer is no....Toyota was repairing it up til Tuesday. Thought it would be resolved....Up until now it wasn't my responsibility...now it is, me , the consumer has to prove it...shouldn't be that way. If it was you, you would be happy with Toyota telling you it can't be repaired just use another wash?

If it was me, I’d try several car washes to see if I could replicate it AND then go to Toyota to fix it if it happened in other washes. Also once Toyota said it was fixed, I’d insist the service manager go trough a wash with me.

hey if water and soap was pouring into my cabin on my 2019, I wouldn't be posting on the internet I would be at the dealer getting it resolved, if it even happened at all, I would like to see some pictures of his truck and the water damage just to be on the up and up

Save on time and water. Mind you i prefer to hand wash and get a better clean, but who doesn't like to save time washing.

Should have bought a Jeep! The dealers will try to fix the leaks under warranty, and fail. But they will try.
