there is not a bit of corrosion on the existing bolts, do I need to change them to new ones if I ever get them to come out

I'd imagine just a nice big breaker bar or extension and that'll pop it for you. But impact wrench electric, pneumatic both should work as well. Still have issues?, you can heat the bolt head up with a torch and the idea is to get it hot enough that the unseeable corrosion in the threads disintegrates due to the heat. At least that's what the guy on the youtubes video said was happening. I dunno. Sounded good so I ran with it. This techniquehhas worked the times I've needed to get corroded stuck bolts out. Also don't forget PB Blaster or other similar corrosion penetrant, not wd40. Try a few things and report back

Ive seen restaurant grade stainless look like an untreated 20 year old massachusets taco frame. I am convinced there is no grade of steel, or coating, whether painted or electrically applied that is resistant to rust.

Gq was just thinking he could add a second tow hook to the other side and was asking about it, I don't think you can. He was also just asking about bolt removal on the tow hook that's there now. That was all.

You need leverage(breaker bar with extension, impact wrench, etc) then or heat. One or the other.

I like swing outs but I don’t think it works well with a shell. Atleast not mine because i dont have side windows that open. So opening a swing out with a shell seems like a big pita

Frontrunner is stuff is just nice freaking quality. I loved that aluminum roof rack on the hundy. Have you seen Front Runner's seat covers??? They are beautiful and exactly what I would want.... If I could bring myself to spend that kind of moolah on seat covers
