Ready for snow

 

How's the van going, still polluting?

 

Snow is about a 5 - 6 hr drive for me, not too bad but still far.

And I have to cross the desert to get to it

 

So many relatable things on Facebook lately

 

Waiting to get paid to buy parts. Though i got a new maf and charcoal canister off another van on monday

 

While I do wish for a few more summer thunderstorms to cool it down every now and then, I wouldnt trade the blistering heat for snow. Hate that stuff.

 

So you gotta die in heat to freeze in the snow

Pretty much. Have to drive across the Mojave to get to the Sierras where there's still tons of snow at the higher elevations.

Mammoth is still operating their ski lifts or at least they were as of the beginning of this month

 

I hate cold. My lips chap up, and I have to put on 18 layers to get the mail.

 

Atleast the layers keep the other lips safe ya little bitch

 

This sounds like me. I do horrible in the cold.

 

I'm the opposite. I like when it's cold...when it's cold it has to be really fucking cold for it to be uncomfortable, because with the cold you can always dress warmer. With the heat, I can only get so naked and I'm still sweating balls. Or I'm inside with AC cranked and running up the power bill like crazy

 

Meh. I pride myself in my willingness to cut the lawn at 2 o clock on a 100 degree day. Feels good.

Ill admit it, my body wants to shut down at temps below 40 degrees.

 

Long sleeve in the heat keeps you cooler, naked is a bad idea
