yeah we get a different kind of cold over here. Strong winds are fairly uncommon unless you're up in the mountains

I'll light my truck on fire if that happens

It's even easier to just do one :p

Besides, don't have to pull the leafs anyway...just have to pop out the main eye bolt and take those bushings out. And hope I don't have to fight like hell to line it back up

I swear that Roanoke VA has more wind then Chicago come winter time. Been there probably 2 dozen times in the past 2 years, almost always high wind advisories in the winter it seems.

If it doesn't work I'm going Alcans and rubber bushings. If I have to take off these All Pros they're staying off

I give you 4 months until you pull them again. So, yes. Youre going in circles.

Nothing like getting reported for misuse of a government vehicle. Good times to be had for sure. Think of all of the tax payer money you could waste. Life goals. Just playing.

It is hot but I'm dying to know man! I can't believe it made it worse?! Lmfao! At this point all you can do is laugh at it. It's like it's spiting you, intentionally

I wonder just how many here on TW replaced that rubber bushing when they first installed their leafs. Guessing a real high % of Dakar users. If its not the bushing, then its the lack of an ant-friction pad on that OME AAL.

When those springs do come out, I'm checking everything. Going to check/replace any of those silly plastic 'guides' if cracked or broken - have several packets of those that ARB sent over when I reported a single broken one and inquired about a replacement. Their CS really does kick ass. Also going to check that center pin/bolt. I wonder if I didn't tighten it enough when I installed the AAL....

Also want to try some of this stuff:

I'm in Ouray CO. No Moab this trip, gonna see a lot of Colorado high country where it's not snowed in. Plan was to run black bear pass tommorow but it's not open due to snow

Gotcha, for some reason I thought you had said you were doing Moab this trip. Yeah I heard CO still has a bunch of trail closures due to snow
