    Well, if it is illegal, it is most certainly not enforced...I can't tell you how many roadside construction vehicles, funeral hearse vehicles, utility workers, etc. I see on a daily basis rolling through OKC, Moore, Midwest City on a daily basis with flashing blue lights. I thought it was so crazy when I first moved there back in 2011 yet now it's just a normal thing I see.
