Squat/bench rack. It’s one of those adjustable position ones, also had pull up bar. PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells because I don’t have room for a set of anything. A physio ball. a plyo box I built. And most recently a rowing machine

Edit: here’s a shitty picture of my “gym”

Is that a little giant ladder or a knock off brand?

It's similar, I don't know the brand. It expands to like a 12 or 15 footer. It's my dad's he left it here a few months ago when we were building the shelving in the garage and he hasn't come to get it back, and seeing as I don't have a ladder, I'm keeping it as long as I can

Haha well I need to get me a new one and love those kinds but the official little giants are pricey.

I repainted my shed this month and only have a fold out 7 foot ladder. I was doing some questionable acrobatics on it. I’m lucky I never fell.

They are very pricy indeed. They have them at my local Costco but I think they're still like $200. They have others at HD that are in the high 100s-200s as well. Been wanting to buy one but it's just not a necessary expense at this time. But damn good ladder. Nice and compact for storage which is great

Yeah no Costco or Sams membership.

The HD seem nice. If the ladder lasts half my life $200 aint much.

I just checked online for Costco, they have the Little Giant brand for $180, I don't know if there's any shipping charges. I'm sure I could place an order online with my costco account and have it shipped to you. I can send you a paypal request or something for you to pay me that way. If interested just shoot me a PM and we'll see what we can figure out

Occasionally I get a call like, "Did I leave my -blank- over there?", so he'll come get it and for some odd reason (old age does that to us all eventually) he'll forget it's his then bring it back when he's done. XD I gotta be thankful though, he's helped with the remodel of my house tons over the years.

I've been working out at home (from the basement to a garage to a shop/barn now as "home" has moved/changed over the years) and all I've got is 1 barbell, 1 EZ curl bar, an adjustable rack with adjustable safety bars, a flat bench and about 500 lbs or so of weight. I've gotten by pretty well with this for years, just got to make some adjustments with certain things. Without a pulldown machine or pullup bar for back I have done bent rows, pullups from the roof trusses or pullups with my barbell on the highest rack setting and I also made a wood block "L" to put against the wall to do T-bar style rows. Then of course deadlifts or rack pulls, shrugs etc. I just put 3 fingers through the barbell hole in my weights if I need "dumbbell" work, otherwise I keep everything to compound movements with the barbell. You could definitely do fine with what you have, unless you want to get into competitive bodybuilding! :D
