You use a GPS enabled app to rent them and then when you are done you just leave it where you want and check out. The app will warn you if it's an unallowed area and fine you if you leave it where you aren't allowed.

I've ridden a few times, it has an app that connects to the scooter before you ride, then checkout when done. I always put it where to properly park those scooter as I was told by the rules on the app. This is why the riders don't really follow where it supposed properly park them. Not sure if any of them usually follow what the app tells you to or the signs where you can or can't park them at.

I don't see where it'll charge you more for it. You get away with it most likely.

The scooters have GPS built in and there are maps of where they are allowed to be left and where they are not allowed. If you leave it in an unallowed area the company will charge you a fee as they might be liable for a fine/get their shitty scooter repoed

Wonder whats keeping people from stealing them by the truckload, disabling the GPS, a little paintjob and resell them.
The scooter things seem like a disaster since there are a lot of stupid people out there..I need an offroad one for my little race track.

Hey Titties when ya gonna bring your 70 over and try the track? I had 6 more loads of dirt brought in yesterday so I can make some doubles n stuff.

It shows you how irresponsible the Millenials are. How hard is it to put the scooter back were you got it or where it is supposed to be dropped off at? No regard for property or business expenses. Such punks to leave them just anywhere!

And how irresponsible baby boomers are to not put the scooter back were they got it or where it is supposed to be dropped off at? No regard for property or business expenses. Such punks to leave them just anywhere!

And also to own the things and leave them on sidewalks with zero regard for the rules and regulations of the municipality.

It’s very easy for older generations who have apparently failed at raising their children to blame a younger generation of their incompetence.

I can’t tell you how irritating it is to be categorized into the “Millenial” group. Not all of us our morons and I still meet previous generations to this day that I wonder how they’ve survived.

I find it hilarious that the baby boomers and their kids (our parents etc ) who were freaked out the most by the internets debut and all the possible ways their children's safety and mental well being could be compromised are the ones on social media who are actually gullible and misled. how many times do parents click on a email and you spend the evening backing up and reinstalling their computer... over and over again. humans are insecure, desperate and irresponsible. it's no surprise they are so easy to prey on.

I'm not sure where the relevance is in this statement.

Technology changes at an insane rate and it's very easy to not stay on top of the progression. This has nothing to do with how people have such a tendency to point the finger at others and act completely innocent to the repercussions.

I was trying to back up the idea of Millenials, gen xers etc get pigeon holed simply based on their age when the same thing can and should be made at previous generations. my badly made point was the human condition is pervasive, and yep. as rapidly as the world changes, so will the problems yet the human factor stays the same.
