I'm not reading ahead so this may have already been answered but a fair number of folks go up to Green Ridge State Park. Most of it is 2wd friendly but there are some spots that 4wd is almost a must. The TW folks usually meet at the Ranger Station around 9:00 - 9:30, wheel around for a bit, stop for lunch (bring your own) then wheel a little more. At that point (3:00ish) some folks head home, other stay and wheel a bit more. There is camping there so some folks camp before and/or after the wheeling trip.
Just FYI - there's a meet up happening tomorrow morning, 8 - 10, at the Frederick Krispy Creme.

Cars?! Hopefully Supras and not Camrys

 

Well, I never had a problem until two weeks ago. I noticed a trail of spots on the asphalt I had cut across and immediately assumed hydraulic fluid. It was not dark like engine oil and it felt a little slimy. When I looked back at the tractor I could see liquid running out on the left hand side near the radiator and could see it was a little green. Uh Oh. Shut it down and opened the hood and sure enough it was running out of a weep hole in the water pump. I assumed it was just too hot so I removed the screen between the radiator and battery and blew it off and then the radiator with an air hose. Checked the fluid it seemed ok in the reservoir and then checked the radiator and it was low. Filled it back up and cranked it up after it cooled down and it started coming out again.

I found this online, and then after more investigating determined I needed to replace my water pump or the engine if I didn't.

Before my wife and I went All in Tacoma I have a hunt club buddy neighbor who has one of those step side Tundras. When we were getting ready to go to the shore I would ask him “are we taking your Prius pickup?” I received the standard FU reply

Yep, they definitely will. I hear most are going for 20, 30, even 40 over sticker

 

We were thinking about getting one of those hopped up Camrys a few years ago and I was talking to my daughter about it and I said “well it has 300 whatever hp” She replied “that’s cute!” She’s driving a 500 hp mustang. Made me lmao

 

Yea, a dealer in Parkville had one listed for $100k, then the add went away. I hope no one paid that much for it. I would like to have one for the nostalgia but not at the prices they are asking for them. Even without the markup. I would rather buy an original for that price. Or so many other classic cars.

If I have the money though, Lexus is coming out with a convertible.
