Hello all I have a new issue with how my truck is looking and performing. I have installed the OME lift and the Summit bumper from arb and now the front end is sitting low. I have read many post but what is the best solution for this?

Will the OME 886 be a stiff ride?
    Current specs
    Ome 2" 888
    EL096r leafs
    Jba UCA
    285s

    THANKS

I installed the lift in may and the bumper in july. The front sat fine prior to installing the bumper.

That’s because it didn’t have a 100+lb bumper to support.

I had a bad experience with 886s sagging with no added weight so I wouldn’t recommend them with that bumper unless you want under 2-1.5” of lift.

I dont know the part numbers but you need to get the stiffer springs for those shocks to support the weight of the bumper.

Sliders was it. Lots of reports of OME springs sagging on the third gens. IMO they should have re-engineered them for the 3rd gen as the weight placement is so different plus the front end is heavier. The stock TRD coil is 700lb rating

I’d message Dobinsons on here, mike is their rep on here. My local shop has done a lot of installs and loves the stuff and Mike was great giving me recommendations on specific combos for my desired lift. Much more reasonable than going full C/Os which I was thinking of doing

886 with 90000 shocks. Got about 2” up front. Sits level with Dakars out back loaded with about 400lbs. 71585EFC-3A65-4F2C-8633-7B21880E870E.jpg86A1A2C1-5C7B-4360-8F38-6FF90C1A7BFC.jpg

Thanks man! Rides a little stiffer than stock but not much. Noticeably tighter around turns and no more nose dive when braking.
