255/85r16 is a true 33" tire, you might be able to but you might have to trim the ends of the spare tire holder off (or flatten them out) so it fits.

If your exhaust is in the stock location then that might be in the way, I'm not sure. Mine is dumped over the axle

You have to bend the tire braces if I recall right.

Yep, definitely will fit with a slight modification to the spare tire holders - cut the tabs and you're good to go.

You def have to modify the stock mount location. I chopped the ends off and welded on some extensions to help keep it centered, but you could probably bend it if you have a big enough vise.

My exhaust is in the stock location. Doesn't touch the tire. I have 285/75r16

Mines standing vertical against the bulkhead. I don't find that it takes up much space. It's kind of a pain to access should I need it but that's extremely rare.

If you're offroad a tire under the bed is going to get drug over things, not that I haven't seen swingouts drag tires though either.

I unbolted mine and just welded them a bit further apart when I had my spare there. Many ways to skin that cat.

It doesn't when you don't drive those types of trails.

With all this talk of spare tires, I think this question is fitting.

How close can you safely have the exhaust next to the tire? I want to tuck mine up more without just chopping it at the axle. I think its doable if I go between the spare and the leaf shackle.

Got 2/4 of my Methods today, ordering the next 2 probably some time next week. Then some new lugnuts, meso slim caps, and it’s time to mount!

That will depend in your truck. If your truck is running rich, the catalytic converters will be working harder and putting out a lot more heat, which will be carried back through the exhaust... Best to tell is to get under there with a thermometer and check it out. Maybe wrap some exhaust wrap on your tailpipe. Maybe build a little heat shield for the tire.

Its just a stock 2.7, no boost or anything. The floor gets a little warm from the cats but I assume thats normal. So Id say its running right as it should. But Id probably wrap the pipe as it goes near the tire for safe measures.

Very nice! I kinda wish mine were the bronze like that instead of the all black. But they were on the truck when I got it and I don't have a good reason to swap them out.

Removed the chrome flares. I want as much blue showing as possible  Nice that the 95 doesn’t have the holes to fill, just need to clean up some of the 25 year old shmoo built up between.

Thanks man, it was garage kept for 20+ years so it still pops quite a bit. My favorite Taco color but I’m biased :D That red is probably my second favorite
