    I saw yet another 05-11 'TOYOTA' script grille today (that $100 Amazon grill). For as much as I want to like the grill, there is just something wrong with its appearance. It just doesn't look right. For the one I saw today - the guy actually color matched it with a clear coat +polish (finishing was pretty good), but it still didn't look right. It looked like a grill that would be sold in the accessory aisle at Advance or Trak Auto parts...looks bad in person. The hard-mod ones above are good looking, but my preference is something that's along the lines of OEM.

    Looks totally fine on the 12-15, and of course the 3rd gens. Overall, I'm a firm believer in not changing any of the bedside stickers or trim package identifiers, including the grill, until you add a substantial suspension upgrade or add the supercharger. Another 12-15 guy around me, who has an OR model without the TSB springs, basically just bought the $400 TOYOTA grille...looks like a little-junior truck.

    I changed my stock chrome grille to an oem painted grille and added billet inserts. Headlights were changed out to oem tinted TRD lights also.
