Okay here is a good question for you guys.

    107K on the clock, HPtuned..

I have went up a full point from 11.5 to 12.5 under wide open throttle runs, I was thinking it was the MAF, so I replaced it with my OE one as swapping MAFs has always taken care of my AFR issues in the past. Anywho, monitoring AFR voltages on the scanner I see the nominal 3.2-3.3 regular voltage I expect to see out of my AFR sensors on B1 and B2. I smoke test my junk and there are no leaks.

What you guys got? There is the possibility that my fuel pressure is dropping due to a clogged strainer, but I have not checked that yet.

If your factory wide-ratio sensors are still reporting the same voltage, your aftermarket wideband is suspect IMO. If your fuel pressure was dropping your factory wide-ratio sensors would also show leaner.

I was actually thinking about my aftermarket AFR as well.

Of course long term fuel trims have shown -10 at any given point on the truck. The truck has not notably changed in running condition it's just the reported AFR which shows lean.

Welcome back by the way, it's good to see you on here again man! If you are ready to jump back into the fold let me know and I'd be happy to log this thing for you to make sure everything looks on the up and up.

Check all connections on your intake. I just noticed one of my u-bolt spring clamps on my intake need tightening. Its filter to airbox so no big deal. Something to eliminate.

Could do a DIN mount and remove that stupid stock CD changer. Not sure the face will be able to close though because most gauges are pretty big

There's a ton of options for pods on dashboards, suction cup mounts, etc on Amazon or ebay or whatever. Or basic fabrication sometimes does the trick. I ended up creatively cutting a chunk of plastic and gluing it to my bullydog display mount and painting it and it turned out decent.

I wanted to keep everything below the window line though. It’s why I got the PLX wideband to a 7” tablet. Hidden and I can claim I have the biggest wideband gauge in here.

Anyone have an idea how difficult the rebuild is on the TRD SC?

Not very. But there may be some helpful tips on page 1. I personally will send mine to a shop.

I think I’ll just go for the blinking led failsafe. Now what’s a big bright led that I can’t miss to show I’m pumping meth?

Guys that have the roush and 50mm pulley combo. How close is the 50mm to the serpentine pulley. Mines like maybe 3mm away. Looks scary. Is it how that fits?

Page 1 edit to Roush tensioner section updated.

This is important for all of you Roush tensioner owners who have yet to install it!
