I like the tires to look good when I clean my trucks up but I don't like to use something that will spin off the tires during driving and end up all over the fenders. Any of you got a favorite that you use?

In all reality though, I've heard stellar things about Chemical Guys products. I have pretty easy access to Meguiar's so I prefer that. That being said I have not used a tire shine from either, I just know you get good quality with Meguiar's.

(Sorry couldn’t resist). Hopefully someone will provide a good answer as I’m more of the hose them off type. I’d assume the name brands list a product feature that doesn’t centrifuge off.

I don't know it the brands say that or not. I have never looked. Maybe I should.

Duragloss 253 Tire and Rubber dressing is phenomenal. One coat makes tires look like new. A nice matte black. Two or three coats gets glossy, so you can control your shine with number of coats. And it lasts through a couple rains or car washes. If it doesn't rain it'll last WEEKS.

And it isn't greasy at all. It dries dry. Doesn't sling. I also use it on all black trim and my weathertech mats.

Nice! Thanks. I will look for it but since you mentioned it, is it available in stores or just online?

Waxaddict tyre feeder is the best imo for a simple tire dressing.

But optimum tire coating is the end all of tire shines. That is ....If you can get your tires super clean, and wanna take the time and effort. Get optimum tire protection coating. It lasts 6-12 months. 1-3 coats depending on how much gloss you want. Yes it does last 6+ months. It's a coating. Tires with lots of side luggs can be challenging to apply it, so use am airbrush pt hvlp sprayer to get it nice and even. It dries hard in 15 minutes and does not sling off all over your paint.
Tires have to be very clean and you need to take your time applying it. If you do all that you'll have shiny tires for months and months

    same shit as everyone else
I use 303 Tire Balm & Protectant with an applicator pad. One coat and it's not shiny just flat black. It's water based. I came from a petroleum based tire shine before and I like the water based product better. I like the applicator pad method over the spray bottle method because it's easier to not get it on the wheels and it keeps the driveway from getting 4 dark stains that are impossible to remove. The whole water vs petroleum based thing gets controversial and very opinionated in the auto detail crowd so any info you read about either should be taken with a grain of salt.

Another good method particularly for tires with a lot of detail and crevices is to use a soft tipped or flag tipped brush. Such as: https://www.amazon.com/Carrand-93045-Brush-Dressing-Applicator/dp/B003V9JZYE

I've used PERL and the McKee's Tire Gel, both water based but I've only ever applied them with one coat to keep it from shining.

Got some Back Magic Gel today. Gonna give that a try. Looks good and claims to be low sling.

Chemical guys sticky citrus wheel cleaner to clean the tire and rim, then tire kicker extra glossy tire shine for the tires to shine.

Meguiars Tire Shine. Great stuff. Tires stay looking good a long time. It puts a nice shine on them but not that sickening super glossy look you get from some products. I got a 3 pack of spray cans from Costco for $12.

Clean the tire with a rag and mineral spirits and then spray it with 303 and let it sit for a few minutes and then wipe off.

I tried Duragloss on my Tonneau Cover. It didn't last. I bought Chemical Guys tire and trim gel. It works better for me. It helped keep my cover stay black, brought the color back and prevents fading.
