    Nice fish! That's what I miss most about growing up/living in South Georgia. The bass fishing down there is so good that 8lb bass are common and 10 pounders caught pretty regularly. I really miss it. Here, it seems that a 5-6lb fish is a pretty good one.

    thats great! I think the one in md was around 6lb I didnt have a scale to verify but the five pound bass Ive caught were smaller length and girth.
