    Pemex is just a gas station owned by the government of mexico. All though the mex gov owns the refineries that supplies the Pemex stations. Makes you wonder???

    The entire operation is owned by the government. The drilling, fracking, refining, production, and sale is all managed by the government. My own mother... A former chemist at Pemex says that the quality is borderline good. So even the Premium is inferior to American 87 gas.

    Foreign petroleum companies are allowed to operate in the land, but their business is also heavily taxed by the government, which makes gas expensive to the consumer, which means that they won't sell anything. The previous president invited Chinese drilling companies into the Gulf, but they left lmao
