You cursed yourself into never coming into easy money by doing it. You sold your chance to ever win the lotto or any other ridiculous money odds based whatever.

Yeah.. People pay some amount of money and go to great lengths to insulate dead springs on lowered suspensions. I used the clear braided hose on a suspension about 10 years ago.

I had to heat this hose and use a water-based lubricant to slide this over the spring. Once you get it on and it ages, it's not coming off without some effort.

Not torched. H & R lowering springs. To go lower, the springs are wound tighter at the end. That produces dead springs that rub when they make contact. So the dead springs will rub and grind and start making noise if they are not insulated.

Not sure how I feel about the front camber, but I love the wheels and the overall height. Just the right car for a sick lowered cruiser.

Yep.. That was the 1st iteration of H&R lowering springs. I figured out how to use TEIN silencer rubber on the 2nd iteration. They for the 3rd iteration we found some industrial-grade heat shrink material that worked the best. Though it is a real bitch to install. You've got to heat the wrapped spring in the oven to get the shrink to melt and then stretch it out using thick leather gloves while it's hot. Once you get it on, its there to stay.

I've used that type of hose for drains for ice machines, ridiculous overkill and was all I had on the truck and it made me miserable trying to feed it into position behind an under the counter Scotsman.... But hose is good quality lol:D

Makes sense, looks like a nice setup, my 4th gen Max and my 5th Gen (1st iteration) were so soft in the rear that with people in them they'd bottom out on dips in the road. Was actually kinda fun
