Recipe for this? I’d like to make some casseroles, and cauliflower is something I want to eat more of.

I chopped the cauliflower and roasted it. Sauted an onion and bell pepper. Mixed both of those with a package of cream cheese, a can of condensed cream of bacon soup, some shredded cheddar. All that into the dish and topped with scallions and a little more cheese. It was very tasty.

Shrimp Diavola. Must be Italian for "leg spreader" because that's the reaction I always get!

No pics but just made Chicken Parm, Pasta and sauce, mixed veggies and salad. Was very good. Haven’t taken time to make it in a while.

This whole thread is food porn, so everyone at work will just have to get over themselves and deal with it.

If anyone is interested in some Lebanon Bologna. Its really Good. hard to find out in the PNW here but may be close to you. They have a sweet and regular. I like the regular, its not like traditional bologna its more like a smokey salami. really good, if you pass by a deli in a supermarket look for it.
