be careful with some of those cheap purifiers... some can screw you and put off ozone. Dyson is a kickass brand all around, vacuums, air cleaners, all of it.

You'd be better off with one of these HEPA air cleaners -

    https://www.costco.com/Blueair-Clas...-HEPASilent-Technology.product.100461421.html

or maybe this, perfect size for the bedroom -
    https://www.costco.com/Winix-C555-Air-Cleaner-with-PlasmaWave-Technology.product.100280312.html

yeah, they do work. expensive (think of it as an investment for the kid) but helps tremendously with keeping inside air healthy during massive wildfire smoke events o_O

Yeah my wife finally convinced me that we need to buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner...I keep getting cheap ones from Walmart and the lithium batteries in them stop holding a decent charge after maybe 2 or 3 months, it's getting frustrating. Gonna just drop some serious coin on a good brand like Dyson and be able to rely on it for awhile.

Our house is constantly in a state of needing to be vacuumed with 3 indoor cats living in it

I like fan noise at night, I'm one of those people. I even have one of those fake rain sound machines that I play most nights

Can't sleep easily in a dead silent room, ambient noise (that isn't annoying) helps put me to sleep

Dyson Animal 2... have it and it kicks ass. Costco warehouse might still have the Dyson Ball Upright Vac... website only shows the stick vacs which also are really good but for the house you (especially with animals) you need a full upright. Anyway, Animal 2 -

    https://www.dyson.com/uprights/dyson-ball-animal-2-overview.html

Cheaper at Costco. Also check Macys.

Interesting I'll have to check that one out...wife is sold on the stick Dyson ones because she uses them for the Pilates studios she owns, but those are all hardwood surface and our house is 1/2 hardwood 1/2 carpet....and fur. Fur everywhere

yep, the stick vacs are awesome but for the cats and especially carpet, you need the full blown upright vac. There are different models, definitely research and watch for a sale.

The indoor fan cuts in and out right? Is it because power is cutting in and out?
