Guys, Gals, and anyone in-between, it's been a blast lurking around here for the last couple of years.
I just got a deal I couldn't pass up on a vehicle I've lusted after for years now... a clean 2009 F.J. Cruiser. 2 years newer then my Tacoma, but with a bit more mileage on the clock. There's always a bit of a trade-off, I guess...
Now all I have to do is find the F.J. Forum...

Nice FJ. No need to go. Plenty of folks with FJ's in here as well.

Bunch of us FJ owners are here. How many miles are on it?

Get yourself a nice flat roof rack and you will be able to haul anything you want, best mod I did on mine.

That thing looks great for 200k. Check the mileage thread on fjcruiserforums.com. Lots of 300k Fjs with only minor issues.

Thanks. The Interior is spotless, just a little wear on a seat which a cover can...well...cover! A few dings and dents outside, but I'm in the woods so there might be more added...

They hold their value as well. I've seen 2014 FJ's listed for sale more than what it cost new.

I've heard they hold their value more than any other vehicle on KBB

I have a 2014 since new. This year while Tundra shopping the dealer offered to buy it off me for what I bought it for. Crazy. I kept it and now the wife DDs it.

Nice truck! As long as it is a Toyota, you are still in "The Brotherhood".

Cool!!! It does handle a bit different then a Tacoma, a bit choppier and twitchier, but that's no big deal. Easier to maneuver with a shorter wheelbase...

And I've STILL got a bunch of Tacoma parts to try to get rid of...

Most likely still have the stock suspension. Change the coils and shocks and you'll be more stable.

It has the off-road package with the Bilstiens, the 265/75R16" tires and custom wheels, so it's gonna be a bit stiff, but that's fine with me.
Still have the ORIGINAL Monroney sticker, too, with a full list of $31, 937 in 2009!
