Welcome to my build thread! I recently purchased my first brand new vehicle as well as my first truck, a 2019 Tacoma Off Road Double Cab Long Bed in Cement. My previous vehicle was a 2008 Acura TL Type S six speed. I absolutely loved it but it wasn't very practical for my active lifestyle and wasn't financially smart to keep them both. I was very active on the forums and documented that build so I wanted to do the same with the new taco. I've been really active on here so far and trying to learn as much as I can about the third generation Tacomas. My wallet is already feeling it... Enjoy!

    The day I got it:

Installed the TRD Pro Grille from runnin4tacos along with the OEM TSS Garnish

Installed the TruXedo LoPro Tonneau Cover and matte black tailgate letters

Got the front windows tinted to match the factory rears. Went with 18% ceramic

Added some matte black bed side decals from CBoy808. They turned out great but man what a pain in the ass to install!

Love it! My dad recommended it to me as he has had it on his Tundra for years now with no issues. I really needed something that could be rolled up in seconds and did not block the rear window that allowed use of the entire bed.

Where did you get it? I haven't looked too hard but couldn't locate a longbox model. Love your truck btw. :D

Thanks! My buddy works for Turn5, who own ExtremeTerrain, and I was able to get a big discount on it through him. If you shoot eccracer104 a message, he can give you a quote from AutoAnything.com. The quote he gave me was really good but going through my buddy was easier and it was just a tad cheaper.

Replaced the chrome bumper caps with some paint matched ones. Also installed a tail light overlay to cover the chrome on the side.

What’s you end up paying for the paint match on the rear bumper covers? I was thinking of plasti dipping them matt black to match my bumper. The chrome has to go!

I bought the caps from Parts Geek for about $50 then had my friend’s body shop paint them for about $165. Yeah I could not stand the chrome lol
