    Spoke to Magnuson. They won’t ship me a bypass valve but they have informed me of a distributor they have here not far from me. I have spoken to them and they have the parts there plus they also have the HP tuner software to dyno the car so I’m taking it there for them to fix and get everything working 100%. Easy done.
    Question: my tire size is one size up than normal which puts my speedo out. Will this effect the dyno results?

    I was always curious how you were planning on tuning the ECU. As you had never mentioned HP Tuners prior. Now it all comes together.

    Have you read through any of the HP Tuner thread? One of the premier tuners in that thread is @JustDSM. I don't remember if they can recalibrate for tire size, bit they have made leaps and bounds of progress over there.

    People making more power and saving petrol, simultaneously.

    My mpgs have definitely gone up after refining the TRD tune. Used to get 270-280 miles per tank. Now I get over 300

    Lol. That was while on the rubicon. 16 miles took roughly 18hrs and 1/2 tank.

    Same trip I saw almost 18mpg thanks to a damaged drive shaft limiting me to 65mpg and drafting my buddies jeep
