Hey y'all, Newbie here. New PROUD owner of a 2018 TRD Pro. I just ordered a Bakflip MX4 tonneau cover and now im curious on how much bed space I will have (vertical measurement) from the bed to the cover. Im hoping to have 17.5" to clear my ORCA and YETI coolers..

Does anyone have a MX4 than can run out and give me a measurement from the high spots on the bed to the underside of the cover!? I want to see if my coolers will fit. PFA53786662_2277425022302438_1872813041947508736_o.jpg

You should be cool- I can fit both my Icehole cooler and my Orion cooler in there. The Icehole is a 60 quart and measures 17" tall and there is still like an 1-1/2" of clearance.

It’s going to be real close. I’ve got 17” with the bed mat. Right at about 17.5” without.

There’s another inch of clearance between the rails. Those 3 rails run east and west and are for support and the release wire is inside each.

Ok so can someone confirm here? 18.5" of clearance to the underside of the cover where there aren't release wire rails?

Yes. Unless you have a bed mat.
