Has anyone used the americas tire in Redwood city? Good/bad?

I used to go to the one in Millbrae but on my last visit they scratched up the hub on one of my SCS f5's. They also mentioned that they weren't suppose to mount F5's anymore because there's no center cap on the wheel. I'm assuming that they would use the center cap to cover the scratches. I used to have koing countersteers without center caps before the f5's and they used to always mount and balance for me.

Just want to get my tires/wheels balanced and rotated again.

 

You'd need to get pretty far in on the trail to get beyond earshot of that noise.

You could always get a cot. Made a world of difference when I was last up in the McCloud.

 

Had a cot for a short time and it was pretty comfortable. That's what a few of my friends always use - you're off the ground, comfortable, and storage underneath you.

still haven't found it , sealed it all up and filled it up with oil. ran it at 3000 rpm for a bit hoping it would get caught in the oil pump pickup. gonna drain again in a minute and see if it's in there.

otherwise I'm at a loss for how to get it, I don't think it's worth the time and money to disassemble the engine. If I don't find it in a minute I'm going to and leave it as a permanent part of the truck.
