We put a split unit on just our master bedroom. We can close the door and chill it down to 65 in the middle of the summer no problem. (doesn't hurt that its a 1.5ton unit cooling 800sqft)
Picked it up in Rocky point for $500 another $400 to install +electrical wire. Came out to around $1100 all said and done. But I had a 40ft run to the breaker box in conduit.

I don’t even have to have much of a connection to a dog to get all misty eyed when they pass. I got to interact with a very senior wolf at a sanctuary once, poor boy was all arthritic but he still wanted to come say hello... I cried when I found out he had passed a year or so later.

 

I like dogs more than people. I was legitimately sad last night hearing the news. Did not have the heart to tell my wife the update cause there would have been tears

 

Woulda seen the ditch if he put his mirrors in full dodge mode

Our masters on the second story and we have an HOA. We covered the lines and conduit with a 4x4 sheet metal channel that go's all the way across the back of the house. Painted it to match. It actually looks like it belongs on the house.

My house backs up to 1 of the 2 entrances into my neighborhood. So everyone sees the back of my house.
