Welcome. You are going to want a shell off of an 05-15 either long or short bed depending on what you have. 1st gen 95.5-04 shells wont work- too narrow. 3rd gen 2016+ shells wont work- too short, and tailgate/rear window is different

Okay thanks! Out of curiosity would anyone happen to know if a standard bed regular cab Tacoma shares dimensions with any other make of truck? I’ve been searching high and low but no dice

I wouldnt think so. Actually since you have a single cab, the long bed shells for access cab and double cab long bed also wont fit perfectly. The back of the cab is more vertical on the regular/single cab. This means if you want one that fits properly, you need a long bed shell for a regular cab

Thanks, you saved my butt since I was planning on using it for some potential truck camping and I’d prefer it to fit as tightly as possible.
