So I do not break the outside cover on the dash under the wheel. How does the first cover come off. I know guys are having problems with the actually fuse block cover, but this is the access door to get to fuse panel. I have plastic pry tools and tried getting the top down but it seemed not right, so I stopped in hopes someone can tell me how it is done.
The fuse block cover I will need to replace with a Meso cover any ways so if I break that no problem. I guess to put a handle on the panel is too easy for Toyota?
Picture of the blank I need to remove below wheel578B41CC-68F6-4743-83F9-839E55F25D33.jpg

I may be confused as to what you need, but I didn't have to remove anything to get to the fuse box. I just got down on the ground with the driver door open and could see it from there.

I will borrow your pic to use.
The X I marked is the knee airbag, dont mess with that. The arrow is the general area the fuse panel will be, closer to the kick panel.
