    Seems like most of you guys have 4.5 back spacing, is that the best option on a 3rd gen?
    I think I want to go with the 16x8 and a 265 tire, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around all the choices with tire and wheel size.
    Most of my driving is on pavement, but want a slightly more capable tire than the stock OR Goodyears. Pretty sure I'm getting Cooper at3s now that my factory tires are about done.

    You will most likely need a CMC 285 even with a lift usually rubs on the cab mount. (CMCs aren’t a big deal. BAMF sells the fill plates ships really quick. I’m sure there’s a welder in you’re area on here with a grinder an a welder and will hook you up)

    The 4.5 backspace will poke out less, and will therefore rub less.

    The 3.5 backspace will poke out more increasing the 'scrub radius' requiring a little more clearance.

    What is your suspension setup?

    Right now its stock, but that's the next thing I'm buying for the truck after these wheels and tires.
    Haven't narrowed it down, but I definitely want something adjustable since I usually have an empty truck around town, but drive out of state, sometimes cross country for work with a fully loaded bed.
    Not lifting any more than 2" or 2.5" at the most.
