I put stickers for more horse power!
I have to find the people who designed the 4.0 in my taco and thank them; easiest oil change ever! As you guys know by now: no jacks, no tire removal, no special tools, no plastic covers to be removed. I love it! :cookiemonster:

Even better with a fumoto valve! No tools required!

Those valves scare me. Always feared they could get snagged on something offroad and broken off. Maybe i'm over thinking it like I do with most things lol.

I have one on all our cars. Well worth it. Though I will say I wouldn’t use one on a tacoma if you off-road, unless you have a proper skid plate.

I can not trust a valve down there because of different reasons; off roading, run over people, jump in the sand, rock crawling, and river crossing. I don't do none of those things but just in case :D:oops:

Never know when you may have to get through a bunch of jackass protestors blocking traffic solving absolutely nothing. Just sayin though...…..

Neither do i, still, i will never put a switch on an internal combustion engine to compluetly starve it of all its life blood in seconds.

My ass will not ever fit that seat. Glad there are people out there that are made happy by it, but its not for me.

I had a stick come up and smash the fuel petcock on my motorcycle while trail riding once. Who is to say the same thing couldn’t happen to that valve on the bottom of your oil pan? <3

I hope that never happens to anyone! Ever! But I also won’t be retiring my 14mm to add myself into the fray lol

Obviously anything is possible, but it’s all about accepted risk. The hole on the bottom of the skid is maybe 3” diameter, and the fumoto valve is maybe 3” above that hole. Chances are realllll slim. Plus it’s not like I’m driving through a field of sticks, generally on fairly maintained trails.
