Not taking any orders or requests for them at the moment sorry. Once they are ready and in stock, I will update everyone and then ordering can start.

First sample out of the mold. Everything looks good. Few minor adjustments but nothing major.

Front. The fake button above the lock hides the 3rd screw. I will be offering blank, TRD engraved, or 4 RUNNER. This will give it a clean and finished look.

Size comparison. I am actually surprised how small I was able to make it while still fitting everything in. It also has some nice weight to it!

Will these require the destruction of the stock key to get the transponder out?

Just wait until the finished product. Textured, color, etc. Also the die cast metal part for the key flip body will be black so it should blend in very well.

I am going to have 2 options at checkout:
    OPTION 1:
    NO transponder $0
This is for people that feel comfortable extracting the OEM transponder chip from the OEM fob.
    PROS:
    -requires no additional programming
    -Zero cost
    CONS:
    -destroys OEM key
-Risk of damaging chip during removal

    OPTION2:
    Include new transponder chip $TBD
    Pros:
-drops into new flip fob. Keeps Stock key in tact
    -Easy to install
    Cons:
    -Will cost more
-Requires new transponder chip too be coded to your vehicle

The 4 Runner, Tundra, and M/T Tacoma will all share the same fob/key mechanism. Just the internals and button layout will change

I popped my key open once. I saw there was the sealed remote bit that comes out. Is the transponder chip in a different spot?

Since we need to get the key cut, I assume that most locksmiths that can cut the key can program it?

Sorry, I have no experience getting new immobilizer keys (thankfully!).

AJT has a video removing the transponder for his injection fob. That should give you an idea of the process. Coding a key is :censored::spending:

The minimalist remote requires nothing. Simply open your stock remote, transfer internal electronics over to the MESO and reassemble.

    The FLIP FOB is different
    at this time will only be available for;
    - Manual transmissions Tacomas
    - 5th Gen 4 runners
    - Tundras

It will require a little more assembly and maybe programming

The flipFob will fit 3rd gens, but only
the manual/SR models that do not have a push to start. After those launch I am
Looking into making one for the push to to start. But they already have the minimalist so I have to jump around to cater to everyone:)
