    You should get one of those thera-cane things. I thought it was kind of stupid at first, but when it can really push in knots where you can't reach, I'd say it's worth it.

    Those things are amazing! I used to work at a golf course and they had a tournament handing them out. Ended up leaving with 15 of them and gave them to family and friends. Funny thing is I went to school for massage therapy as I wanted to be a chiropractor, but that sort of fell through. Ended up losing the one I had and now I just have a cheap one that does the trick most of the time.

    I should definitely start keeping a ball or something in my bag at work though!

    Damn that's the worst. I'm the same right now. If you have nothing else, use the edge of your bed, hang off the end lying on your back, letting gravity take your upper torso down, starting with your neck and moving one vertebrae down at a time. Take a few breaths at each Vertabrae and breath deeply into it. A coffee table or the top of a staircase work too.
