Well then there are just no people around to open the doors. Luckily, my fridge is full already.

Prices dropped, realistically only to cover gas for a delivery to anyone who wants them. Need these gone, otherwise they’re going to the dump

    Hey y'all!

    Long time, no post.

I sold my truck yesterday :( and as such I'm going to have a lot of items for sale now that I no longer own a Tacoma. Lots of posts to follow.

FYI I've had a lot of issues with this forum not emailing me notifications of subscribed thread activity (hence why I got out of posting here much) so if you don't hear from me on any items I post PM me as I still get PM notifications seemingly.

First up, anyone interested in my world famous Tacoma rifle roof rack? I'd rather keep it local to avoid expensive shipping costs. Includes hardware to bolt right into an Access Cab for sure but using the grab handles in the back seat of a Double Cab should be even more secure. Although I haven't confirmed first hand of fitment there is adjustability so it should fit just fine. Installation can be done in a matter of minutes with a few hand tools. I also have the mounting brackets that could be permanently and more securely attached but would require the dropping of the headliner to access the roof. I'll take $500 for it minus the AR15 pictured below.

    More to follow....

Haha... long gone buddy. I do miss that car (pic below for reference) on a pretty regular basis. We don't even own anything that uses gasoline anymore. Just a couple of glorified golf carts (Teslas) is all we have now.

Nope. We have Model S so you can "camp" inside the back hatch area with a queen size mattress and climate control. It's quite comfy actually and no hit to aerodynamics, performance or my wallet. RTT's are 'spensive!

I dig that project but I'm not a fan of the Model 3. Not for me. I'm excited for the Tesla Truck announcement coming in the next month or so. If it's anywhere near what the rumors have it being I'm in for sure. Likely something used a few years though that's clean since that's usually my buying MO. Same goes for the new Roadster coming out as I'm already planning a used one in about five years or so when I feel like I can finally afford one. No way in hell I'm paying a quarter million dollars for one though. Especially when you consider it will lose half of it's initial cost in depreciation over the first 3-4 years. Eff that noise!

Well, when you buy them 4-5 years old used for a good price it's not too bad. Especially when you consider we haven't been to a gas station in about a year. No more oil changes, no more maintenance. Higher initial buy-in but you start getting that back in relatively short order from savings. We've already saved about $2k in gas costs alone and that's not factoring in our big road trips, just daily commuting gas savings.

It's crazy good. Being able to open the app, select your temperature and then have it be that 5min later when you get in the car to go somewhere is worth the price of admission alone. Overnight climate control is so bad ass when you camp in it too. We put 4k miles on the P85D over a couple of weeks to Nashville for the 4th of July and got only one hotel for a night the entire time. Even that one was just because it was historic and we wanted to stay in it for the experience, not because we were sick of camping in the car. The climate control was a big part of that in the middle of Oklahoma, Arkansas & Tennessee in June/July as the temps and humidity was crazy for us cool & dry climate Colorado folks. A few minutes with the A/C on and the air was dry and cool.
